This year I am running just one or two day courses throughout January, February, March and April for any one who would like to come along and have a taste of what is involved in growing your own willow for basketmaking. These days are very informal and completely free of charge. All I ask for in return is your labour. Please contact me for more precise details and days available. Dates to be confirmed. You will be able to make two or more baskets on these courses.  
No previous experience is necessary.  
During the course we cover related topics such as choosing and sorting for the right material, types of basket construction, servicing tools etc.  
These subjects are supported by a slide show and demonstration
